Recently I have gotten something on my lips and I have no clue what it its....it started with a lot of small bumps on both lips and they feel chapped...I thought was because my chapstick...I begin to use Vaseline and nothing works....it just seems a if it is dry or dead skin that will not come...

Hi, folks. My brother had some changes on his palms and feet. They resembled to plaques. We went to a dermatologist and he was diagnosed with palmoplantar eccrine hidradenitis. I have never heard about this in my life, let alone seen it. Can someone give me more info on this? I would appreciate it.
