Recently I have gotten something on my lips and I have no clue what it its....it started with a lot of small bumps on both lips and they feel chapped...I thought was because my chapstick...I begin to use Vaseline and nothing works....it just seems a if it is dry or dead skin that will not come off...does anyone have a clue what this is and how to get rid of it
