Muscle pain in the top of my stomach, especially if I eat or drink anything. I am not pregnant.

Im 43 and have have (what feels like) muscle pain in the top of my stomach and it sometimes feels like something is moving. Especially if I eat or drink anything. Its not always, but when it does happen, I swear it feels like something is going to burst through my stomach. NO, I'm NOT pregnant.
