I went to the beach today and i got burnt on my face and shoulders. It doesn't burnt sting or hurnt in any way, but it is red. I was wondering if there was a way of getting rid of the redness.

I can't stand this. I have sunburns on my back and stomach so I can not lie down. It starts to appear yesterday. First it was redness and light pain. But until the evening it starts to be unbearable. I can't stand much more of these sleepless nights. How long does sunburn last?
