Since I have been to a vacation I am forced to listen numerous stories about the sunburns. I have been too exposed to the sunlight so I am badly burned. And now, of course, I am forced to listen everyone's suggestions how to treat it. My father has the silliest advice. He said that I should try the vinegar. Does vinegar help against sunburns?

Maybe you should try to listen the advices more often. Especially those from the father. Apple cider vinegar can do wonders with the sunburns. Be sure that you buy the vinegar from health store and not from the supermarket because they put chemical additives. Use it with the warm water in the bathtub. Add two cups of apple acid vinegar. Soak for 15 minutes and you will feel the difference.

Hi there,
I know that sunburns are not simple and that they can cause many problems on your skin. However the fact is that you can treat sunburns with many things. One of these things is of course the vinegar. I think that your father is not mistaking here and that he is right. Vinegar can be helpful when it comes to sunburns and even with other burns on your skin. You should try to use this next time when you have a sunburns and you will see that he was right all along. I hope that your sunburn will go away soon and that this helped you in any way.

Best wishes,
Marco
