You first take some over-the-counter such as aspirin or ibuprofen just to relive the pain you have-I know it hurts a lot for I also had once serious sunburns that were also causing me itching and it really was a terrible experience, I remember I was taking aspirin tablets 4 times a day up to 6 days –I was advised so to reduce the pain and inflammation. Also frequent cold showers would help you deal with this burning sensation you probably have but never use no ice cold water –for it could be causing you even more itching and pain sensation-just have a cold shower. After shower it would be the best to moisturize your skin with pure aloe vera gel and your itching would stop almost instantly along with that pain and plus you may use apple cider vinegar applying it constantly over the affected areas.
