well a few weeks ago i got a mild ich in one spot of my scroum. now it has turnd into about 4 bumps. they all ich. no other symtoms besides ichyness and redness tho. can u guys help me out? thx

I have had for the past few months severe cracking and itching in the scrotum area. It is painful and I have tried cortisone, tinactin and other types of over the counter medical cremes. Can anyone provide advice on what this might be and if I need to go to the doctor about it?

i am 14, and i was in my shower and i noticed a small lump on my left testical, it is about 1/3 the size of my testical. The lump does not hurt. I noticed it about 1 year ago, it hasn't gone away. im worried that it might be cancer.
