I've had pimples on my scrotum for years and I'm kinda insecure about them. I've been to different doctors and they told me there isn't much I could do about them. I've had one particularly large cyst removed, but there are smaller ones as well. Is there anything I could do about them?

I HAVE SEEN NUMEROUS DOCTORS OVER THE LAST FEW YEARS THOUGH NONE OF THEM COULD FIGURE OUT WHAT I HAD IN REGARDS TO MY SYMPTOMS.
