I get a fish sorta smelling odor around my private area and like upper thighs and when i sweat it smells really bad but even right after a shower it will smell a little bit

I also have this same problem and it seems like it's only getting worse. I been to different clinics and they all say the samething that I do not have any diseases and that they .Do not smell anything I know that they are lying to me because I have had people tell me that I smell bad.I just want this to go away so I can get my life back.
