If you are in puberty or sometime shortly thereafter, don't worry about it I say, I had a similar issue, and it went away eventually. Stop popping them though, just leave them alone and keep yourself clean.

Absolutely do not touch the 'pimples', which are actually 'inclusion cysts' in most cases. I started to get them in various sizes on my scrotum when I was around 16. In college a lot went away but there were these two large ones that I always squeezed to try and pop them.

I made the stupid mistake of not only repeated;y trying to pop these things, but then I never really looked at them afterward. By the time I went to my doctor, he was alarmed, told me the scrotal skin was badly infected with the resistant Staph infection and I was in the hospital.

Stupidly, I had caused a severe infection in my soft tissues and that spread to my testicles (orchitis?) and that changed my life forever. I had to have a radical debridement of the area to save me. Now I am a healthy 'male' with only a limp, non-functioning (sexually) penis.

I had those for awhile. Finally I decided to get rid of them once and for all. I sat down one day with a very sharp knife and some hydrogen peroxide. I isolated one with a rubber band then slowly cut it open. I found a round calcified ball about the size of a pea. It didn't hurt much at all so I did the same to the others and got rid of them. They heal very quickly.

I had the same thing.. I sat down one day with a bottle of hydrogen peroxide and a sharp knife. I very carefully cut the biggest one open. Inside was a small calcified ball about the size of a pea. It didn't hurt much so I did the same to the others. They heal very quickly and they never came back.
