Hi guys. About two months ago I felt a pimple like mass on my right testicle. Never had much pain or discomfort from it. Just an aching pain now and then. Two days ago went for an antibiotic injection at the gp as I had the flu and a bit of bronchitis. That same night I started feeling pain radiating from the right testicle to my right leg and lower back. Also experienced some nausea. At this point I'm thinking testicular cancer but I've got now swelling or problems with urination just from time to time the pain....any advise ?
