Hi I'm In College and I have a concern about my sperm. My sperm seems to be like snot but breaks in like half an inch when being stretched. Does anybody else have this?

I had a varicocele surgery and nothing changed, sperm motility is still low. What to do?

Hi, I did a Varicocele surgery in August 2022 after having vertality problem, my problem was that the movement was zero also motility was loe, but until now nothing changed and i have to to a semen analysis again in 2 days, so please in there's any doctor can help _removed_

i noticed after i masterbate my testicles are pulled out of my sac and into the area where mypenis meets my body i have been reading on the internet and i think i may have an overactive cremaster muscle. does anyone know how to treat this without surgery?
