hi everyone ,

I do realised that I have a lump on my left testicle only when I am sexually aroused (sex or masturbating) but it will disappeared awhile after ejeculating.

I could not find anything unless I am sexually aroused.

is this a major concern or characteristic of cancer? I mean it dissappear completely after ejeculation but back again when I'm aroused

A lump in the testicle can have several possible causes, and some of them may be serious. It's important to get it checked by a medical professional as soon as possible to determine the underlying cause and whether or not it requires treatment.

A lump in the testicle that appears only when aroused may or may not be a cause for concern. It's possible that this could be a harmless, normal variation in anatomy or function, but it's also possible that it could be a sign of a more serious condition, such as testicular cancer.

Testicular cancer typically presents as a painless lump or swelling in the testicle, but it can also cause other symptoms such as heaviness or a dull ache in the scrotum, a feeling of pressure or fullness in the lower abdomen, or a sudden buildup of fluid in the scrotum.

Do you have any other symptoms?
