I have a pain in my Testicles after i quit smoking cigarette.I had a caffeine withdrawal for a day during the first week of smoking cessation after i had two cans of red bull.The day after that this started.Also , i am having swollen gum and feeling/tasting like it is bleeding(i see no blood).I also had an ear infection a month ago that got cured now , but the ENT doctor advised me to quit smoking. i did and after that is what all these things happening.I saw urologist. he said there is no cuts.Took an ultrasound and blood test.Everything was fine.But still i have severe pain in right testicle and occasionally in left.I was masturbating thrice a day when i was smoking ( nearly 10 to 15 cig/day and i stopped cold turkey 3 weeks ago)Can anyone Help me on this

Somehow I have the same feeling after a month of quit smoking. But I am not sure it is because of quit smoking or something else. I will try to see the doctor next week and let you update.

hello kpandian/Guest/mark, could you please share what was identified in your case? I am going through the exact same. it's 5 weeks already and pain hasn't gone. Nothing found yet by doctors. pain is unbearable. not sure what to do.
