I had my total tyroid removed one week ago today. I thought I could handel work, but now sitting at my desk and feeling dizzy has me second guessing myself. I was wondeing how long other took off to recover. I must admit that I am addicted to work.

I have had low thyroid for many years and in the past 6 months have had no insurance..I need help geeting some type of the over the counter meds? anyone out there knows what works? I am feeling like %-) again!

Hypercalcemia, asymptomatic. Surgery?

I am 29 years old and was diagnosed with hypercalcemia/hyperparathyroidism when I was 20 during routine bloodwork. Hi, guys. My mother has been recently found palpitations. Doctor sent her to run some tests and it appears she has higher function of thyroid as well. I would like to know whether there is a link between palpitations & hyperthyroidism. I would really appreciate to all who answer this question.
