Weird Pains, Dr. says i'm fine but it don't feel fine

I keep having these horrible pains inbetween my scrotum and my butthole. Its only there when I sneeze, sometimes when i cough, or when i jump off something and land on the ground. It feels like someones stabbing an knife into me down there. Does anybody know anything? Thanks
