I would like you to tell me something about beta blockers. Are they really that necessary or not? I don’t think that being cautious is a bad thing, especially because I have been diagnosed with angina pectoris. So, what can you tell me about the side effects of these meds?

I think that you should understand that angina pectoris is not something that can be taken lightly. And that means that therapy is required and that involves taking medications – beta blockers for example. Cold extremities, bradicardia, heart insufficiency, asthma-like attacks etc, these are all possible side effects. But would you be better without this medication? I truly doubt that.
