I always worked out in the morning because I needed just to wake the heck up. I didn't realize that it was actually helpful for burning calories and that it actually worked! I guess that somehow I accidentally ended up doing myself some good because it always helped me get my day going to do that. I am glad ot know that there were actual benefits form getting up that early. Thanks for the tip!
