I think that it is important that if the issue is obesity relate then it's probably a good idea to try to lose weight instead of get surgery. If you have gynomastia then you really do want to do something like undergo surgery if it's because of estrogen production or something like that but if you have something like obesity then it's better to try to lose weight first. Does that make sense?
