I dont think so perhaps it would be right because i don't have sufficient knowledge on that. but one thing i can assure you that weather lac of sleep increase the weight or not but it can be decreased by yoga. for that first you will have to first join the yoga teacher training[ course for that. because this will provide you more knowledge on that.
