The app does this by using the science of psychoacoustics, which is the app's patented system. It plays users a sleep-optimized mix of music, voiceover, and sound effects to quickly quiet their mind, put them to sleep, keep them asleep, and help them wake up feeling refreshed.
The app is free to download and use with an option to purchase premium to unlock additional features. However, keep in mind that Pzizz app is quite big – 580MB – and it can take a lot of space on your phone.
