Curious if these are Forcyde spots or not

Well it doesn't look serious to me. Maybe it's just an acne (pimple) you can get those anywhere on your body or it's an ingrown hair. It could also be a herpes infection. It doesn't look as Fordyce's spots. Fordyce's spots are small, painless, raised, pale, red or white spots or bumps 1 to 3 mm in diameter that may appear on the shaft of the penis or on the labia, as well as the inner surface and vermilion border of the lips of the face. They are common in men and women of all ages. Make sure to shower regularly. Use an antibacterial cleanser to thoroughly clean your genitals and rid the area of any acne-causing bacteria. Wear underwear in breathable fabrics that don't fit too tightly, as tight-fitting clothing can irritate the skin and cause pimples to emerge. I hope this will help.

OP here. Thanks for your post. This started small until I popped it.. It's also painless. I just measured it and it was 2-3mm. I'm mainly curious if it is herpes because I wouldn't want to spread that around. I think I'm going to quit masturbating and see what happens to the area. I wear boxers and my clothing is loose fitting. Again thanks for your help, looking forward to other peoples opinion as well. And I'll update with what I decide to do in case other people have the same thing
