Hi to all the ladies out there, first of all congrats to the ladies that have got their little miracles. Here is my story. All through my young life, i did everything to prevent falling pregnant and it worked. Now i am married to a wonderful man, and i have an amazing 5year old step daughter who i love to bits as if she was my own. I love children to bits and pieces and so badly want a little one of my own, my husband and i have been trying for almost 4years to have a baby and no success yet, I went to the gyni and he did a scan etc, and all that he could see was a small cyst on my ovaries, he sent me for blood tests and they said that my progesterone level is low which could be one of the reasons why i am not falling pregnant, my husband also had a sperm count test but that was fine. We then battled for a while again and i went back to the gyni, where he had said that we now need to look at everything with camera, and so he needed to do a lap, and so i went into theatre where he made a small incision on the side of my stomach and a small incision at the bottom of my naval in order to get the cameras in, he found that my tubes were slightly blocked but managed to unblock them, he then told me that normally most women after having this procedure done would normally fall pregnant and so he gave me a period of three months in order to fall pregnant, he also then sent me for insulin test, which came back fine. after many tears and emotional moments with this battle, i decided i could no longer take this anymore and so i decided to go back to my gyni yesterday, i have been diagnosed with unexplained infertility, but have also noticed that i am not ovulating. I have now been given a prescription for femara, which i will start my first tablet on Friday this week. I pray everyday that i get to experience the little miracle of life, and i pray for everyone that is in the same situation. Please keep your stories coming as alot of them are a huge inspiration to us.
