We have been trying for 9 years to get prego. I took Clomid 3 different times, I have had 5 operations for Endo and PCOS, I have never ovulated. I took 5mg of Femara on days 3 - 7 last month for the first time and got my levels back yesterday. 18.2!!! Needless to say I was super excited. Now we are in the 2ww and if no cycle, we go for a prego test. I am over the moon and still careful not to get excited at the same time. My question is, has anyone gotten prego on their first try and carried to term? Also how soon after your level check did you know you were prego? I dont know if I can wait to pee on a stick. :-)
