I have taken duphaston 10mg 2 times in a day from the day5 of my perioad to day21 in continue 3 mounths Could I be pragnent? & What is the side effects from this medicin (duphaston 10mg )? The Gastrical & diagestive & constipation problems are occured? If nessary ? Any Antacid tab taken with these tadlet (duphaston 10mg) ? because Gastrical & diagestive & constipation problems I felt by taken This type of tablets. Hi Shabnam Neogi, Duphaston is a Prostrogen tablet. It is useful for infertility treatment. Duphaston is useful if you seek to get pregnant. But prolonged usage is not advisable. Susten inj or tablet is also useful in this regard.
