It would be very unlikely that you will be pregnant after having sex on the 4th day of your period as you wouldn't be any where near your most fertile point if you have an average 28 day cycle as sperm can only live for around 5 if conditions are right in the female reproductive tract.

really depends on the length of your cycle. For a 28 day cycle normally the first possible day when sex can result in pregnancy is day 8, but if you were to ovulate around day 10 t0 12 than day 7 could be a small chance.
