Hello. I'm 20 year old male and I have some questions about normal penis shape and position. You see, I have noticed that my penis curves up when it’s big, but it’s always straight when it’s not erect.
I'm not sexually active and this problem bothered me for a long time because I couldn’t find any extra information about it.
I have watched some porn video tapes where men have perfectly straight penises that point outward 90 degrees from their bodies.
So, I was wondering what could be the cause of this and could it be something serious. I have heard some stuff about some Peyronie's disease and thought it might be that. Please help me!

Hello. I have just read your post and just want to tell you that you don’t have any reasons to be worried. It's very normal for a guy to have curvature to his penis.
It could be some mild banana-like curvature which is manly caused by masturbation and there are even some more serious curvatures caused by this Peyronie's disease.
This kind of curvature is caused by a plaque or scar forming inside of the penis which is causing the whole penis to be curved to the side, upward or in a downward direction.
But the bottom line is- if this problem isn’t causing you any painful erections or problems in sex play- there is no reason for you to be worried or to seek for any professional help!
