Perroni s disease may be mild or severe and it may develop rapidly or over time. Symptoms are following. Plaque or hardened tissue on the top of the shaft. This causes penis to bend upward during erection. Plaque can also occur on the bottom, but more rarely, and this causes penis to bend downward during erection.
