So I am on 50mg of Zoloft and I lost the bottle while cleaning my room, I haven't taken them for four days and I have to find them. However, while I haven't been taking them I have felt weird today. The past few days were okay but now i'm just not. I feel withdrawn and unlike myself and my self esteem is much lower than usual. I feel like i'm on the verge of tears. When I looked up what happens when you don't take Zoloft after you've been taking it for a while, people have been talking about brain zaps. I was wondering if that was happening to me. I am getting very sudden jolts of lightheadedness and I also feel like I am walking around in a high state but not a good high. I was thinking that maybe these are what brain zaps are? I just feel so weird.
