I take 150mg of Wellbutrin XL everyday. Recently I took 10 pills (1500mg and OD level is 450mg) and the past few days I've been having pains between under my chest and above my stomach. The pain ranges from 6-8. The pain wakes me up at 10am and keeps me up till 7am every night no. I refuse to go to the ER till I know what is actually wrong. Can anyone please help me? It ruins my mood and makes me lose appetite. Dizzy walking sometimes and won't let me sleep.
