White mark on penis head

Hey guys,

Noticed last week I've had this white mark appear on my penis head, it doesn't hurt or anything and its been there for around 1 week now. Tried scrubbing hard etc and it doesn't want to disappear.. not sure what it could be? It's not an STD I can be certain of that. I'm also very clean so any ideas?
