This exercise is great for lats. To perform it you will need an elastic band and a door. Make a knot in the middle of the band and place a knot behind the door and pull the door closed.

Stand in front of the door and place the elastic band in hands. Keep elbows close to body.

Pull the band down. To get the most of this exercise pull the band slowly throughout the entire range of motion.

Exhale as you pull the band down. Inhale as you return to starting position.
