This exercise is great for stomach and upper body. To perform it you will only need an exercise ball.
Lie down on the ball with your shoulder blades on it. Level your hips with the ball so your body forms a straight line and angle in knees is 90 degrees.
Overlap fingers behind your head and raise your body toward the ceiling using abdominal muscles. Be careful not to perform neck movement. Return to the starting position.
