Chest press ups or dumbbell flyes is a great exercise for your chest, triceps and shoulders. To perform it you will need two dumbbells and a flat bench.
Place your back on a flat bench. Your feet are shoulder width apart and legs are forming 90 degree angle in your knees. Hold dumbbells at your sides with your elbows slightly bent.
Push up the dumbbells in an arc like motion and maintain a slight bent in your elbows throughout the exercise. Slowly lower them to you
