This exercise is great for upper body, torso and core strength. To perform it you will need a exercise ball and a dumbbell.

Place your head and shoulders on an exercise ball. Feet are shoulder width apart and legs are forming 90 degree angle in knees. Raise dumbbell above your head.

With arms fully extended, lower the dumbbell to the side of the ball. While keeping your balance, slowly return the dumbbell to the basic position.
