Anxiety with Teeth Tapping

I have been dealing with anxiety due to ptsd. Some times when I feel like I am going to have an attack I tap my teeth together. I do not do this on purpose and have a hard time stopping it. Has any one delt with this problem?

please help short breath light headed

im all of 21 for the past year I have been far from myself, have chest pains all the time, forever saying "i can't breathe" even when i clearly am!!
