Very sore in morning

Hi im a 34 yr old auto tech have been doing this type of work for 14 yrs and when i wake up in morning im very sore and stiff my whole body is just wondering if there is any home remedies out there that can help with the stiffness so i dont have to pull my self out of bed every morning thank you
