Bump above bone on wrist, what is this?

my wrist are naturally pretty bony but my left wrist on the outside it has my normal bone & above is another bump not to big but its obvious its there everyone asks if i have 2 bones there lol i do get sharp pains there and also on the other side of my wrist if i move my wrist or pick something up it hurts a little i have been getting sharp pains for awile up my whole arm I do remeber a few monthes ago my arm and wrist were bruised for no reason after awhile it went away but the buising was never near that part of my wrist so i am not sure if that even has anything to do with it if i move my wrist or even pick something up with my left hand it feels like someone is trying to pull my hand off. but there was never any swelling what so ever on my wrist or arm that i am aware of. does anyone one know what this could be or have also have this? if its not serious then i wont go to hospital since my dad doesnt really like bringing me there
