hey. need sum advice. can smoking weed make ya dumber? i smoked daily highgrade blunts between 5 to 30 blunts a day. that plus video gamez drinking and dont know if ya guyz know khat but yeah plus khat oh and ciggarettes... anyway i've quit takin drugz fir like a month now and still going through...

I agree that having a panic attack is definitely helped by chilling out by yourself for about an hour or so until the drug dies down a little bit....I wouldn't recommend trying to sleep it off right away though......Especially if you mixed alcohol and smoking.....Definitely don't want to sleep it...
