I agree that having a panic attack is definitely helped by chilling out by yourself for about an hour or so until the drug dies down a little bit....I wouldn't recommend trying to sleep it off right away though......Especially if you mixed alcohol and smoking.....Definitely don't want to sleep it off and end up throwing up in your sleep and choking on it......I would just try sitting down and relaxing for a couple hours and maybe get like some bread or chips in your system and drink a lot of water....

i would agree, try and breath calmly and drink water. 

Perhaps remain solo, some people may find this to make the situation worser.
