Type 1 + pregnancy = nerve wracking!!!!

Oh my gosh!  I am really scared about being pregnant.  Not only the "normal" stuff that goes with pregnancy but the fact of being type 1 as well!  How serious is it for me to be carrying a baby?  Are there special precautions I should take?  Thanks!

I am uncertain about this new carb counting and how do you treat a hypo while carb counting?  It is all confusing to me.  It seems that you want to treat a hypo by eating a carb but then won't that put you over your carb count for the day?
