As a runner, what body part (s) are you proud of?

Don't mean to brag but a few months back, my mom commented on how muscular my thighs looked (I was wearing shorts) and I was I'm also proud of the nice calves and abs running has given me. How bout you?

Advice on how to deal with shoe smell!

I've been blessed with the ability to make shoes smell..... but a few dryer sheets tucked neatly inside my running shoes between runs has successfully masked this problem... just passing this along...

How do you deal with running burnout?

Run that is. :shrug: Physically I know I can but once I get out there my mind gives up on me. I've taken a few months really easy thinking I was just burned out, but it hasn't helped. Has anyone gone thu this and how did you get over it?

Is it better to cross train one day and rest the other?
