I have a meet saturday what should i do the day before and what should i do on the day of my race. I'm running a 500 and a 4X4.

I stretch my calves and my back, take a few sips of water and i am literally out the door and running 8 minutes after i wake up. Is this bad / should i be stretching more, waking up more / eating and drinking more??

How can i train to run sub 4 for 1500m?

i am 16 years old and am aiming for a sub 4 1500m time next season. my current pb is 4:14 which last season was an improvment of 20 secs, does anyone know any training sessions i could use to get sub 4?

What is your favorite time of the year to run?

I like this time of the year with the cooler temp's and lower humidity. It dark most of the time when I am out anyway so I miss the changing of the colors of the leaves.

VO2 Max, what do they all mean?
