Should i line up closer to the front during a race?

it's my typical routine - every 5K RR stands in the back of the pack. i don't dare go up front with the real runners even tho i know much slower runners than I are up there at the line. my husband feels this is somewhat of a disadvantage to me. Sometimes, it takes me a full 2 minutes to catch...

I think my toenail is going to fall off

Answered by a doctor

Is this because of the shoes I'm wearing or just from me adding miles with longer runs? It gets blacker and blacker every run.

Do you tell your SO, roomie, etc, what route your are running?

Answered by a doctor

Do "cool down" runners bother you as much as they bother me?

When you are concluding the last mile (or so) of a road race.... I beginning to resent the folks that have already finished their race and are doing their "cool down" run on the race course. Typically, they run the last mile or two of the course backwards, passing you. They typically offer...
