OK, I need information about this topic. I've used both and it seems to me that running is harder then the TM. BUT, when I use the TM I can work my heart rate up higher for longer periods, can run longer, and it isnt as hard on my joints. Question- what are the different pros/cons of each?...

How do i know if i am ready for a half marathon?

I have been running for a couple of years. I feel I am getting better and better each week. My confidence is such that I am planning to run a half marathon. What do you think? Am I ready for it or should I just wait a little bit longer?
