I run 3 miles a night with a 20 lb vest on.
I'm training to become a future marine, (boot camp July 21st)
and we have a 3 mile run. perfect run time is 18 mins ( 6 min mile )
so im training with this vest to drop my time.
is this good or bad?
i started last night and then again tonight and i dropped 1 min 3 secs from last nights time.
