eyes twitching and temple tingling

I have problems with eyes. They are twitching, without my will. This doesn’t seem like pain in eyes, just like twitching. This comes in combination of temple tingling, which sometimes develops in headache. Does anyone have any idea what this might be?

I have a problem with my vision which is causing me a lot of discomfort. It happens only a few times a year, if that, but when it does I am unable to get to sleep for days because of it.
