I think that pupil of my left eye is larger than the other. First I thought that I am imagining, but then I ask my girlfriend and she thinks so too. Should I exam this?

Hello--I was hit directly in the left eye with a large ice cube, had severe pain and could not see. Vision came back, I am on anti-inflammatory drops and now my left pupil is a lot larger than the right. Will this go away in time? thanks wendi
