near death training experience last night

So we're swim training last night, which means we swim around the buoys at a local beach (about 800m). We're always very careful to stay inside the buoys because it's summer and there's lots of boat traffic. So I'm waaaaayyy out in the deep water, already having a tough time because of the boat...

Is this too much workout?

M-W-F, 3 mile runs (maybe 4 on Friday) T-R-S, full body weights, @65%, pre injury weight I think its okay, but I am not really sure.

Exercising in sweat pants and top

When I go to the Y, sometime I'll see people on the treadmill/stairstepper/eliptical with sweats on. Am I missing something? It's already 70°+. The guy next to me on the treadmill last night had on sweats and dreads that went down past his butt. I think I would have died from being so hot....

I hate winter and don’t like to freeze outside. However I would like to keep working out during this season. I heard of a possibility of indoor traning. I would like to know more about it. What are indoor traning benefits? Should I continue to work out indoors during winter?

Weight work at home?

Just looking for some different ways that people weight train at home. Right now I am using reistance bands for the upper body and really like them. Thinking about leg weights to work on lower body? Any thoughts? Anyone? :shrug:

How to prevent chafing?
