Run 4 or 5 days a week
1 or 2 days aerobics
1 day off (friday, the day before my long run).
2xs a week weight train, just upper body, mainly for toning
The aerobics will end and I'll start 6 days of running with one day dedicated to speed training at the track come Spring, or maybe next week now that I have a gym membership (yay!!!).
